Q.U.E.E.N.S. Inc. searched for ways to help empower African-American women from all walks of like. To combat the lack of confidence many women faced, Q.U.E.E.N.S. Inc. developed programs that would boost cultural connections, self worth, and leadership. In the fall of 2007, the first chapter of the Queens in Training program began at Tilden Middle School, located in Southwest Philadelphia.

Our mission is to provide programs and resources that will empower minority women. Through modeling "Regal Behavior", our goal is to produce young women who are confidant, caring, and courageous. We are committed to ensuring our women realize they have a special place in this world!
